Missing tramper
Police have begun a search for 39 year-old American tramper Edward Reynolds. His last blog on 20th February outlined plans to go through Nelson Lakes National Park. He is known to have been at the Matakitaki Hut and he intended to go over Three Tarns Pass and out to Lewis Pass. Ed's American parent have contacted New Zealand police to say he has not returned home on a scheduled flight.
